If your child has been placed on a Fusion team, part of the registration process is to

• complete the required downloadable forms and turn them into your coach at your team meeting or first practice.
• Register with the league online.
• Register with Midland Soccer Club online.

Our Fusion teams play in several different leagues, and each league has unique form requirements:

• MMYSL (Mid Michigan Youth Soccer League)
  • U9/10 Green and White Teams AND U11+ White teams
